DANCE THE VOTE
The Dance the Vote initiative uses dance, spoken word and song to raise public awareness about the importance of using your voice at the polls.
WE❤️IMMIGRANTS
TUTC is one of the first companies in the metro area to consistently explore this crucial topic.
DisABILITY PROJECT
One of the earliest theatre ensembles of people with disabilities in the country.
CLIMATE ACTION THEATRE
A part of a global initiative that will have had roughly 160 climate change events in 2018 in 28 countries.

Any issues around diversity can put people in a very uncomfortable space. The (theater) company did a good job of sowing seeds. They weren't overexposing. Just giving enough to get (employees) thinking and more aware of what other communities might be facing.
